The Altis Delta delivers electrifying performance with its high-output 13kW electric motor and advanced 72V Samsung battery, offering strong acceleration and energetic throttle response tailored for both trail and track. With an energy capacity of 2.52 kWh, the Delta provides a powerful blend of torque and range, optimized for spirited riding and sustained power delivery in technical terrain.

With 385 Nm (284.3 ft-lbs) of rear wheel torque, the Delta achieves strong pulling power from low rpm, translating into rapid launches and confident climbing ability on steep or uneven surfaces. Its three distinct speed levels let riders choose between controlled urban exploration or aggressive off-road speeds — Level 1 capped at 15 mph, Level 2 at 37 mph, and Level 3 up to a thrilling 62 mph top speed — giving flexibility for training, commuting, or performance riding.

The Delta’s suspension system pairs agile handling with rider comfort through adjustable dual-spring forks, delivering predictable control over bumps and jumps alike. Large 70/100-17 front and 90/100-14 rear wheels provide traction and stability, enhancing cornering confidence and reducing rider fatigue over long sessions.

14-Day Manufacturer Defect Guarantee
Within 14 days of delivery, we will replace any part found to be defective due to manufacturing issues.

12-Month Limited Warranty

• Power System (motor, controller, display, battery): Covered for 12 months from the delivery date.
• Frame & Chassis Components (chassis, swing arm, and non-wear parts): Also covered for 12 months.
  Wear-and-tear items such as tires, brake pads, and chains are not covered.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

To process a claim, you’ll need to provide:

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
• Photo or video evidence of the defect

Our technicians will assess the issue and, if confirmed, we will send the required replacement part at no cost. Please note:

• Diagnosis may require multiple submissions of documentation.
• No additional compensation or parts beyond the confirmed repair will be issued.
• Lack of adequate documentation may prevent us from fulfilling the claim.
• In some cases, you may need to work with a local technician authorized by Emoto Superstore to complete the repair.

We encourage you to carefully review these terms before completing your purchase.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover the following:

Normal Wear and Tear
Components that naturally degrade over time and use, including but not limited to:

• Tires
• Bearings
• Seals
• Chains
• Brake components
• Suspension components

Damage Due to Misuse or Neglect
We do not cover failures caused by:

• Accidents or collisions
• Improper installation or setup
• Lack of regular maintenance
• Negligent operation
• Use for racing or competitive purposes
• Unauthorized modifications, including wiring alterations or installation of non-genuine parts

Battery Coverage
Battery performance is subject to natural degradation over time. The battery is only covered under warranty if its capacity drops below 65% of original capacity within the warranty period. Any misuse related to charging, discharging, or storage will void warranty coverage.

Service & Assembly Costs

• Assembly costs and labor fees are not covered under warranty.
• Replacement parts are provided at no cost if covered by warranty, but installation is the responsibility of the customer.
• We do not offer reimbursement for third-party repair or assembly services.

Ownership & Transferability
Warranty coverage is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. A valid proof of purchase from Emoto Superstore is required for all warranty claims.

Most of our items are eligible for our 14 day refund policy. If your product is faulty, damaged, or missing parts on arrival, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 14 days of receiving it. Please note, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The return shipping amount will be deducted from the refund issued. 

An unpacking inspection is required before you sign for it. If you are not able to unpack the goods at the first time, an unboxing video is highly recommended to prove any shipping damage. If a bike has a minor cosmetic issue (such as a scratch, or chip on the paint), we will attempt to come to a reasonable discount but this is not grounds for warranty replacement or for a return once you signed for it.    

Time frame for refunds:

Refunds may take up 3-6 weeks to be shipped back to our supplier and then an additional 5-7 business days to process once we have inspected your product.

To start a return, you can send us an email at info@emotosuperstore.com. Please Include pictures and a detailed description of the problems your experiencing with your product. If your return is approved & accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

Eligibility for all refunds

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full or partial refund of product cost (minus shipping and any other fees for restocking or damaged parts). Because the nature of our items we always start return eligibility from the date of delivery.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Before a return is sent, the customer must have written approval from Emoto SuperstoreIf a customer sends a return without written consent from Emoto Superstore, a refund will not be issued, and the customer will have to pay shipping to get the item returned or sacrifice the item.
