WARRANTY INFORMATION
Warranty Information
14-Day Manufacturer Defect Guarantee
Within 14 days of delivery, we will replace any part found to be defective due to manufacturing issues.
12-Month Limited Warranty
- Power System (motor, controller, display, battery): Covered for 12 months from the delivery date.
- Frame & Chassis Components (chassis, swing arm, and non-wear parts): Also covered for 12 months.
Wear-and-tear items such as tires, brake pads, and chains are not covered.
Submitting a Warranty Claim
To process a claim, you’ll need to provide:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Photo or video evidence of the defect
Our technicians will assess the issue and, if confirmed, we will send the required replacement part at no cost. Please note:
- Diagnosis may require multiple submissions of documentation.
- No additional compensation or parts beyond the confirmed repair will be issued.
- Lack of adequate documentation may prevent us from fulfilling the claim.
- In some cases, you may need to work with a local technician authorized by Emoto Superstore to complete the repair.
We encourage you to carefully review these terms before completing your purchase.
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover the following:
Normal Wear and Tear
Components that naturally degrade over time and use, including but not limited to:
- Tires
- Bearings
- Seals
- Chains
- Brake components
- Suspension components
Damage Due to Misuse or Neglect
We do not cover failures caused by:
- Accidents or collisions
- Improper installation or setup
- Lack of regular maintenance
- Negligent operation
- Use for racing or competitive purposes
- Unauthorized modifications, including wiring alterations or installation of non-genuine parts
Battery Coverage
Battery performance is subject to natural degradation over time. The battery is only covered under warranty if its capacity drops below 65% of original capacity within the warranty period. Any misuse related to charging, discharging, or storage will void warranty coverage.
Service & Assembly Costs
- Assembly costs and labor fees are not covered under warranty.
- Replacement parts are provided at no cost if covered by warranty, but installation is the responsibility of the customer.
- We do not offer reimbursement for third-party repair or assembly services.
Ownership & Transferability
Warranty coverage is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. A valid proof of purchase from Emoto Superstore is required for all warranty claims.
Optional Extended Warranty (Products under $5,000)
For qualifying products priced under $5,000, customers may purchase an extended warranty that covers only the battery, controller, and motor.
- Coverage length: +1, +2, or +3 years on top of the manufacturer’s 12-month power-system warranty (total potential coverage of 2–4 years for the covered components only).
- What’s covered: Battery, controller, and motor against manufacturing defects during the extended term.
- What’s not covered: All Exclusions listed below still apply (wear items, misuse/accident, modifications, improper charging/storage, water ingress beyond IP rating, etc.). Battery capacity fade is covered only if it drops below 65% of original within the warranty term and is not due to misuse.
- Validation required: Extended-warranty claims require the same documentation and verification process as standard warranty claims (proof of purchase, photos/videos, diagnostics). Approval is at Emoto Superstore’s discretion after technical review.
- How to purchase: Availability and pricing for eligible items—contact info@emotosuperstore.com before or at the time of purchase to add the plan.
- Non-transferable: Extended coverage applies to the original purchaser only and requires proof of purchase from Emoto Superstore.
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure all components are properly assembled, torqued, and serviced upon receipt and during use.
- Follow the owner’s manual for charging, storage, and maintenance.
- Use genuine parts and approved technicians when required.

RETURNS, CANCELATIONS, & REFUNDS
Returns & Refunds Policy
Most items are covered by our 14-day return window for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or missing parts. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
What’s Covered (within 14 days of delivery)
- Damaged on arrival (DOA) / shipping damage
- Missing parts
- Verified manufacturing defect
Customer pays return shipping. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. A restocking fee may apply and will be disclosed during the RMA process.
Required on Delivery
- Inspect at delivery whenever possible before signing.
- If you cannot inspect at the door, a full unboxing video is strongly recommended for any shipping-damage claim.
Minor cosmetic blemishes (e.g., small paint chips/scratches) may qualify for a reasonable discount rather than a return or replacement after you’ve signed for delivery.
How to Start a Return
- Email: info@emotosuperstore.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include: order number, photos/videos, and a detailed description of the issue.
- Approval: If approved, we’ll send an RMA and a return label with packing instructions.
- Return shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. These will be deducted from the refund.
Returns sent without written approval (RMA) will not be accepted or refunded. You may pay to have the item returned to you.
Condition & Packaging
- Items must be unused when possible, with tags and in original packaging.
- For defect/DOA cases where testing was necessary, provide documentation (photos/videos).
- You must provide proof of purchase from Emoto Superstore.
Timelines for Refunds
- Returns can take 3–6 weeks for transit back to our supplier and inspection.
- After inspection/approval, allow 5–7 business days for the refund to post.
- Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds of shipping costs or other charges; shipping timeframes are estimates only.
Not Eligible / Exclusions
- Change-of-mind returns
- Sale or discounted items (final sale)
- Items not purchased directly from Emoto Superstore
- Returns requested after 14 days of delivery
- Any return sent without written approval (RMA)
Address Changes & Cancellations
- Order changes (address changes, holds, color changes) after shipment may delay delivery and can affect refund eligibility.
- Cancellations may incur fees per our Order Cancellation Policy.
- Change of Address Fee: If you cancel or change the delivery address after processing, a carrier Change of Address Fee will be deducted from your refund.
If Your Order Hasn’t Arrived
- If you haven’t received your item within 90 days of ordering and have your order number and proof of purchase, contact info@emotosuperstore.com for assistance.
SHIPPING POLICIES & QUESTIONS
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Most orders ship from our Utah warehouse. Some items may ship from partner facilities in California or overseas based on inventory.
Where We Ship
- United States (contiguous 48 states): Available at checkout.
- Alaska & Hawaii: Available; surcharges and longer transit times may apply.
- International: Canada, Australia, and Europe (duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility).
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Processing & Transit Times
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- Processing time: 3–5 business days (order verification, QC, packing).
- Domestic shipping (contiguous U.S.): Typically 7–10 business days in transit, depending on product weight/dimensions and carrier capacity.
- International—Paid shipping: 7–14 business days (estimate).
- International—Free shipping option: 6–8 weeks (economy service).
All timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Severe weather, carrier backlogs, customs inspections, or other events can extend timelines.
Tracking
- Tracking is sent by email or SMS only once your order ships.
- Please whitelist info@emotosuperstore.com to avoid missed notifications.
Multiple Items / Split Shipments
- If your order contains multiple products, items may ship separately with different tracking numbers and arrival dates.
Carriers
- We use major parcel and freight carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, and reputable LTL providers) to balance speed, safety, and cost.
Address Changes After Shipment
- Any changes requested after dispatch (address change, hold, preference updates) may delay delivery and can incur an extra charge. Any delays can affect eligibility for replacements/refunds.
Freight Deliveries & Missed Appointments
- For residential freight, carriers may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Failure to schedule or accept delivery within 14 days of carrier contact may result in order cancellation and customer responsibility for shipping-related charges.
Delays & Liability
- Couriers can experience delays or backlogs. Emoto Superstore is not liable for carrier-caused delays once an order is in transit. We’ll assist with escalation when possible.
Cancellations & Refunds
- All cancellations are subject to a 3–10% processing fee (based on payment provider fees and shipping stage).
- Before shipping:Canceled within 4 hours: refunded (minus any processor fees if applicable).Canceled after 4 hours and within 14 days of purchase: refund is issued after we process your claim and receive any shipped product back.
- After receipt: No refunds after 14 days unless eligible under our returns/warranty policy.
- Return shipping is customer-paid and non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
DAMAGE AND BIKE ISSUES
Freight Delivery Inspection Policy (Read Before Signing)
When your order arrives, the carrier will present a Bill of Lading (BOL) and/or Delivery Receipt (DR) for your signature. Do not sign until you’ve inspected the shipment.
Before You Sign
- Inspect the exteriorCheck all cartons/crates for holes, tears, crushed corners, punctures, wet spots, or re-taping.Take clear photos of all sides and any damage you see.
- Open and inspect contents (preferred)With the driver present, open the boxes and visually check the product and accessories for damage or missing parts.If the driver will not allow opening, proceed to step 3 and protect yourself with wording on the receipt.
- Note issues on the paperwork (BOL/Delivery Receipt)
On every copy the driver retains and you keep, write specific notes such as:“DAMAGED: carton puncture, left side; scratched frame; charger missing.”If you couldn’t open the boxes: “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION – POSSIBLE CONCEALED DAMAGE”
Ask the driver to initial your notes. - Severe damage? Refuse deliveryIf the product is clearly damaged beyond use, write “REFUSED – DAMAGED” on the BOL/DR, take photos, and do not accept the shipment.
After Delivery
- Do not open or discard packaging beyond what you already opened for inspection. Do not assemble the product.
- Email info@emotosuperstore.com within 24–48 hours with:Order numberPhotos/video of the cartons and the productPhotos of the BOL/Delivery Receipt showing your damage notesA brief description of the issue (and any missing parts)
An unboxing video is highly recommended to support any shipping-damage claim.
Claims & Replacements
- Notations on the BOL/DR are required for us to file a carrier claim and assist with a return or replacement.
- Our technicians may request additional photos/videos to validate the issue.
- Repairs, assembly labor, or service costs are not covered by Emoto Superstore.
- Damage caused by negligence, crashes, accidents, misuse, or improper assembly is not covered by warranty.
Important Notes
- You are responsible for ensuring all components are properly installed and serviced after acceptance.
- Keeping all original packaging is required until your claim is resolved.
- If damage or missing parts are discovered later and no notes were made on the BOL/DR, the carrier may classify it as concealed damage, which is harder to approve.
ASSEMBLY
Emoto Superstore is not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect assembly. Please be sure to take care in assembling your bike as the spare parts are difficult to come by. Ensure ALL bolts and components are tightened and properly lubricated. YouTube is a great resource to learn the assembly process.
