Can my bike be registered?
It's important to note that registration requirements vary among states, and we cannot guarantee the likelihood of your vehicle being registered.
Do you provide customs documents?
We don't provide customs documents for any product we sell. The only accompanying document for certain products is the MCO (Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin).
Can you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?
Yes! We can ship to Hawaii and Alaska! You can confirm if the product you are interested in is eligible for this shipping method by putting only that product in the cart and then inputing your shipping address at checkout!
Why is the free shipping so long?

What do you do when something breaks?
We're here to ensure a seamless warranty process for your bike. To initiate a warranty claim, work directly with us, and we'll guide you through the process. Please provide videos showcasing the issues with your bike, enabling us to accurately diagnose the problem. This visual evidence assists us in identifying the correct replacement part needed. Once diagnosed, we'll promptly order and send you the replacement part free of charge, ensuring a swift resolution to get you back on the road as soon as possible.
Are there places to service these bikes?
Certain products will vary on this. Most brands have a vast dealer network across the USA that you can take your bike to get serviced! The good news is that the maintenance required for our products is minimal. Regular tire maintenance and chain upkeep are the primary tasks, and most local bike or motorcycle shops are well-equipped to assist with these areas.
What assembly is required?
With the majority of our bikes, all necessary assembly tools are conveniently included in your order. Typically, assembly entails simply attaching the front tire and assembling the handlebars, tasks easily accomplished with a basic understanding of bicycle construction. However, please note that the Stealth Bomber model requires a different assembly process. Does my bike come with a title?
Please note that electric dirt bikes in this category do not come with a traditional title as commonly understood. Instead, they are provided with a document known as the Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin (MCO). Many customers find this document helpful when registering their bikes at the DMV.
Do you offer financing?
